Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days and costs $5.90; orders over $60 ship free. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

Returns

Not in love with it? Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label.

Damaged items

Ceramics occasionally break in transit. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we will ship a replacement free of charge.
